I agree with Val Venis, obviously Ken Shamrock should have been champ at some point and Lance Storm was used terribly in WWE apart from the Un-Americans

I agree abou Khali and another one id say is Swagger, he wasnt ready at all for that push he got.

More recently.. Alberto Del Rio, Royal Rumble winner which led onto a pretty awful match with Edge at Wrestlemania and Money in the bank Winner which he cashed in and had a pretty **** reign as champion
