Given the way Shane Richie has thanked fans for their support over "13 years", I really don't think they're coming back. Or at least Alfie isn't.

I think their spin off next year might see him die? Then Kat either goes abroad with the kids to Zoe or comes back to the main show alone to have her long lost baby storyline.
