It's mainly for aesthetic reasons, I like to give someone looking straight at the camera the bottom centre slot.

Demetres looks out of place at the top with Neda and Kevin. It would've made more sense if him and William swapped and he was next to Ika and William next to Kevin, but that's hardly a gripe, it looks nice.
