Just because someone wasn't removed for unacceptable behaviour in the past doesn't mean that other people are allowed to get away with it in the future.

Yeah but I'm just trying to understand the producer's reasoning on this. That's all. If someone is constantly verbally abusive or commits sexual harassment - then kick them out. I mean, all of these things are bad. But it seems like they pick and choose who they want to remove and its not all judged fairly.
