I probably sound like some cretin so forgive me in advance but I just love it to see people embrace the big brother experience, it's an experience of a life time which not many people get the opportunity, she does seem like a scream if kept in for longer but i do not like it when someone uses the experience just to get magazine deals and what not. This series has taken me by surprise so far i'm really hooked! |

Paul saying to Amma he feels she talks down to him and doesn't mind it because he has "let her" and would otherwise "shred her to bits" and that he has "control" over her
. What is he even talking about, plonker?

Paul is literally so annoying. Maybe it's the amount of evictions he's survived, but he's become so self-righteous and sanctimonious about EVERYTHING. He clearly can't take a joke as well, Brian is someone who quote unquote "snaps" at everyone and Paul takes any minor joke as some sort of personal attack and thinks that he's being forthright in apparently calling Brian out. Such a douche. Props to Brian though for what looks like this being him maturing into not wanting to make the conflict worse for himself.

My Bad.... it was the 2nd highest ever.
Jade's eviction in CBB5 got 8.8m. So bar that, yes it was. It was the highest regular BB eviction. Last edited by *mazedsalv**; 27-09-2019 at 05:22 PM. |

Decided to go on Wikipedia to try and see who got the highest viewing figure per series. BB1 wasn't available.
BB2: Paul (6.12m) BB3: Tim (8m) BB4: Lisa (6.17m) BB5: Michelle (6.57m) BB6: Saskia (6.6m) (but if it's only counting second part of the show after housemate already left, Craig's got approx 6.6m as well) BB7: Grace (6.4m) BB8: Charley (5.3m) (but Charley's fake eviction got 6.0m) BB9: Jennifer (4m) and Mohamed/Kathreya (4m) BB10: Karly (2.97m) BB11: Corin/Sam/John James (3.37m) BB12: Tom (1.89m) BB13: Chris (1.9m)BB14: Sallie (2.10m) BB15: Danielle (1.62m) BB16: Eileen (1.48m) BB17: Marco (1.6m) BB18: Mandy (1.43m) BB19: Anamelia (1.17m) The fact that the last three were of the first evictions with numbers dwindling after is pretty sad to see, as well as the clear gradual fluctuating decline in figures. I wonder if Charley, Jennifer and Karly have anything to do with the fact that they all had new housemates enter after their eviction? (I think this applies more to Jennifer and Karly though)

And BB11's has the advantage of being the second part of a much hyped and controversial quad eviction where if you don't count it, Ben's was actually the most viewed with 3.07m

On the "post-eviction, ask the audience" segment they used to do in the old series and if this isn't a contradictory campaign poster, I dunno what is

Accidentally clicked on BBLB and found Simon Pegg of all people on it, saying the showmance of Paul and Helen is disgusting and that "It's like watching Del Boy trying to get off with Father Dougal"
.

BB2 finally done and dusted!
![]() Another series where I struggle figuring out how to feel. The series itself became a pretty daunting watch after Narinder's departure but it's weird that I say that since the cast are actually an alright one, with very little of them actually offending me and me bordering more on having a positive opinion on the majority of the people there! Brian is also a huge step-up of a winner than Craig the year before as an added bonus. All in all it's far from a favorite series of mine, but I definitely like it more than BB4/12/15/16/19 at the very least |

And so I just have ONE more series to do a fresh watch on; BB11. Now the interesting thing about this is that I HAVE seen this series before, but only when it aired and again about 2 years later. So I have a really vague memory about it, and revisiting it as the last one to do what feels like a first watch on makes things kind of come full circle in a way.
Launch 1. Ben 2. Sunshine 3. Shabby 4. Rachael 5. Josie 6. Corin 7. Govan 8. Ife 9. Mario 10. Steve 11. John James 12. Dave 13. Nathan 14. Caoimhe Overall a pretty great cast to have a first impression on! Don't mind any of them (even though I'm sure that'll change), and the idea of having the final 81 housemates lined up for the favorites to be picked is an interesting idea on paper even though it got a bit repetitive after a while. |

Ben is so weirdly funny i'm screaming at this awkward and questionable conversation
![]() John James: I can't WIN. Ben: Why? John James: Because, how would-how would the whole of Brit--how would the whole of the UK feel if their last Big Brother was won by a foreigner? ![]() Ben: No no but that's one thing you do-n't have to worry about because we do-n't consider the Australians foreigners. ![]() John James: Nah but-- Ben: If you were French or German there might be a problem but you're Australian...
