I am hoping hes not going to be stupid with the stupid thing he does with his voice i dont understand, he can sing amazingly and he does that stupid thing..

Good Vocally? Well below Danyl but Joe needs a song to truely test him otherwise he is just another male stage act like 1000s of others in the biz.
