I am rooting for Shilpa as well!!! She is so cool and nice, I hope she wins and show the others that the majority of the viewers are with her!!

Shilpa triumphs over main adversary
The actress escapes eviction and manages to be free of her arch-headache, Jacky Today was the day for the first eviction at the Big Brother's house. There was a lot of tension among the nominees and the other housemates who were waiting anxiously to know who would part with them. Shilpa was quite confident that she will be the one to be evicted tonight. And she was happy too that she will be gone from Big brother's 'house of horrors.' Unfortunately for her, that did not happen. There was a lot of speculation in the Indian and UK press and media that Shilpa would be the one on her way out. But Shilpa has proved all her detractors wrong. The day she was nominated, I had predicted that she might not be evicted and I was right. Shilpa is now beginning to win the hearts of the UK audience. Well, there is no gain without pain. My prediction is that she is here to stay for at least two more weeks. As I had mentioned in my diary last Friday, when Shilpa's name was nominated in the eviction list, I was very tense. I thought to myself that she cannot be out of the show so early. We have worked so hard to be here. I went into flashback mode, when I had first approached Shilpa to be a part of Big Brother. The entire journey from Bombay to London till she entered the house, I thought of every minute we spent thinking of how she would portray herself on the show. After she entered the house, I was glued to the television and remember seeing her live on Channel 4, sometimes saw her sleep at nights. She looked totally zapped and spaced out when eight celebrities were shifted. She did not know what was happening when Jade and her family were planted in the house. Jacky's job was to irritate the housemates and mess with their heads, a job at which Jacky was quite successful. Jacky's target was our Indian beauty. Jacky totally messed with Shilpa by calling her different names. Shilpa and Jacky continued fighting. The last fight was over the shopping list. Jacky said, "Shilpa, you ask everyone what they want except me. All I wanted was lemon juice." Shilpa replied, "We're taking care of the basic requirements first." Hearing this, Jacky walked off in a foul mood. It was dinner time and Jacky was called to the Big Brother's diary room and informed that she was chosen as the first housemate to be evicted.Well done Jacky, but you could not mess with Shilpa though. When Jacky was leaving, Jade was crying a lot and so was Shilpa. Now all the housemates are lounging in the garden and a few in the hot tub. Dirk said that any woman he had a crush on isn't allowed to wear a bikini. Shilpa ran off into the house. Back to the hot tub. As Shilpa still remains in the house, the hottest and sexiest of the housemates, Ms Britain Danielle Lloyd now has tough competition. Read the story tomorrow of how the UK media has pitted them against each other. As of now, Shilpa reigns at the Big Brother's house. She seems to be the happiest as she has survived stiff competition. Let me remind you, she is in a show which is only watched by a foreign audience. Correct me if I am wrong, but guys didn't Jack call Shilpa P*ki? If thats the case that is absolutley out of order. Leona, we need to go back to our complaint e-mails and I suggest the rest of you Shilpa fans do the same. I don't see why Shilpa has to be called these names and put up with it, even if it is behind her back and unknown to her and I don't see why asian supporters of Shilpa have to put up with it |

Shilpa showed great dignity in the Diary Room explaining her situation with Jackiey,even wishing her the best and making some compliments. Meanwhile Jackiey storms into the Davina interview with the sole intention of immediately laying into shilpa.We have all seen this before on BB and know that it doesn`t wash with the Britsh public as a whole.
I feel that to win, she will need to be up against the younger HMs for votes and not the older ones, and thats the problem ,Jade`s mostly younger group is solid as a rock because all the Britsh Hm`s seem to idolise her, in a BB context. |

I also agree with JC's post, even though its hard to beleive Jade even has a fan base, as i don't see her as a so-called Celeb, which clearly she does.
I really fee l like sending more complaints..dunno what to do after hearing a possiblity of Jacks remarks being more serious. |

Leona, send the same msg over and over if you have to. Or send the same message to all your friends and tell them to forward it to the CBB complaints e-mail, so provide the e-mail addy for them
