I dont understand how the US charts work.. do they count it from Mon-Sun like us because they dont announce the previous weeks chart until Wed/Thurs :s

The sales week is Monday - Sunday but the radio week is Tuesday - Monday (which is why most songs in the US premiere on a tuesday, so that they get a full weeks radio airplay) it must take a while to work out where everything charts which is why they preview the main songs of interest on a Wednesday then release the full chart on a Thursday
