Why are they even trying to make these boy bands happen? The market is saturated with boy bands now: One Direction, JLS, The Wanted, Lawson, I'm sure I'm forgetting another big one... half of them bloody came from the X Factor - and if nothing else, saving District 3 just means they're splitting Union J's votes - I'm pretty sure their fanbases are mutually exclusive, evidently Union J have more people behind them.

Jedward were my 3rd favourites that series, so either way that result was going to be awful for me s0b. Lucie has also done well for herself though in reality, maybe not chart success but certainly stage <3.

In theory maybe but let's face it, they were in the bottom two in Week 2 and there are like four established boy bands who are much better looking and better singers out there in the pop world right now. If they were a girl band they'd have been sent packing and Louis Walsh would have been focusing all his attention on Union J. Surprised Louis didn't send his own act home tbh, it would make more sense to drop the dead weight and focus on the superior boy band and the 'urban' act he has. However, you're absolutely spot on Nathan. I expect they'll be out in Week 4 after a rebound vote next week, unless they're up against another Over, Rylan or Jade.
