..x2..the ultimate insult ...as ignoring someone completely dismisses them as not being worthy of your time/energy/insignificant etc and for me is completely irritating because communication is a huge part of what I do but some people are just bad/lost at communication and not actually meaning to insult/be rude ..there’s quite a thoughtful quote somewhere that I like/believe in... but I can’t remember who said it...

You know those moments in films when a woman is rambling on and then a man shuts up her up with a kiss? Yeah I used to think it was romantic, but now in my wiser age I find it flipping irritating. All that is is a man not wanting to hear what the woman has to say and the idea that a sloppy kiss from the man that is getting on our nerves will or should solve our anger is ridiculous.
