Here is a first look at Albert Square's watering hole being raided by a group of football hooligans who are hot on the tail of troubled father Jase Dyer.

The unemployed bachelor – played by Stephen Lord – has tried everything to escape his villainous past but his old acquaintances aren't prepared to let him slip away.

After telling gang leader Terry Bates (Nicholas Ball) that he wants out for the final time, Jase returns to Walford in the hope that he has finally slammed the door in the face of his criminal influences.

However, Jase's past catches up with him in a way which he could never have imagined when his old gang raid The Vic in search of him.

A show source revealed to DS: "Jase is trying is hardest to turn the corner – he's paid his dues coutersy of Her Majesty but his former thuggish cronies are persistent.

"They're hunting him down and take a chance that he's in The Vic. All hell breaks loose inside and when they hear a baby crying upstairs, they presume he's hiding away in the pub's living quarters.

"Ronnie and Peggy try to block their infiltration attempt, while Roxy gets stuck in with a baseball bat in true Mitchell style."

They added: "These are truly awesome scenes but one local is left in an extremely dangerous situation…"

The raid episode is to air on Tuesday, November 13 on BBC One at 7.30pm.

A spokesman told the Sunday Mirror: "It is all very amicable."

I watched some old EE clips on YouTube last night, Janine's exit brought me to tears lmao. I just remembered how good the cast was back then.

Janine was a legend. I was in tears myself when she left, she was simply the best. I'd rather Janine than Ricky and Bianca anyday.

does anyone remember a storyline a few years ago about the Trumans where Patricks sun was going out with this girl but some kind of mafia/gangsters took her away and there was a HUGE riot in the vic that the whole pub got involved in and i think the Slaters where involved too.im looking for it on youtube but i cant find it.

It is Murder she Made it look like he tripped lol.... and she DID want him dead as he had a heart condition but then got told he will live for years....yeah she pused him away but she WATCHED him Die..and he was begging for help and asking for his son and she bascily said he will be better of without you....
