..morning Mr no sleep..... I'm not long awake myself, I slept in until 4.30am.. and had a few things to do before I came online..it was exciting though wasn't it..a good reason to stay up late..what great entries they all were as well, how can you judge something like that....

..oh I wish we had an ice cream van, I don't recall one coming here since the boys were quite young/in primary school and we would have 'ice cream Friday' on the way home when it was warm and sunny...hmm, I think that reading a book in the sunshine sounds like a good plan, I might do that as well..we went for a walk in the forest yesterday and it was lovely..a little hay-feverish though...

..I have a new book to start..The Red House, I think it'll be quite a quick read, a perfect summer read..it's by the same author who wrote The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time, have you read that..?..it's sweet and funny and a favourite of mine...

..that's just a synopsis from Amazon because really that's all I know, I love his character portrayals and how he makes them 'funny' to the observer because really when you think about these things from an outsiders perspective and 'detached' they quite often do have humour, it's just not so easy to always see that when you're caught up in things and emotions etc...
