Yeah i dont think you can host world cup games anyway because a stadium has to have capacity of 40k.

We had plans to build a new stadium now they are cheepo and not building it. Its embarising that we dont even have a a proper music venue for concerts. I would love big names to preform here but the max venue holds 2,000 people. Thats tiny. Portsmouth needs more tourists and the Royal Navy is the only big attraction we have (Threatened for closure by David Cameron).
