Suppose word is out that I've got food poisoning......
Well I haven't. It is a bug so there. You needn't be afraid of eating in here.

Hope it livens up a little later.
I could do with something to cheer me up after the rotten few days I have had.

Evening all - good to be back in business.

Got a text from LEE last night - she wasn't sober , was in Edinburgh, and it was blowing a blizzard!

Her next stop is Glasgow tomorrow, and then up to 'Chez Kaz' on Tuesday, when we're off to see Messrs. Hadley and Cox in Dundee!

I am a grump this evening. I have just been to visit the dentist.Not only did he find something to deal with - what a surprise now that I have to pay through the nose for EVERYTHING - but the pain and agony he inflicted eith the injection were something I have yet to recover from.

He hit the nerve!

Not only did he hit the nerve but everytime he moved the needle to try to avoid it he hit another bit. I now havea numb:

ear
cheek
lower lip (complete)
tongue-3/4
eyebrow
toplip-half
left side of throat
left side of neck
difficulty swallowing

he said he had not done it so thoroughly in a LOOOOONG time.Did I
get a reduction for the inconvienience???

NO AND it was a crown that he was repairing LOL

Latest update on LEE's travels - spoke to her today . . . . . she's now in Glasgow . . . . she's not sober . . . . . . but with good reason as the final conclusion of her house sale went through today. So the drinks are on her tomorrow night!
