RAW did the worst rating for the last raw before mania in recnt history...

tna are up on last week but its nothing to write home about yet......maybe they should only have 1 hour against raw...i mean build a fanbase, let people see both in one night then try and do the 2 hour thing....they baffle me.

TV ratings go down year in, year out. WWE's business, money making and live attendance wise, has been the best it's been in years.

TNA were up two per cent from last week. .9 I believe it was.

i dont think they even made the .9

I think what they need to do is start halfway through RAW and finish afterwards.

Also did you ever see kane's videos on YT going on about politics......man i wish he was president....

anyway off to bed man! see ya later! (Great tibb movie by the way, had me in stitches)

TNA imo SHOULD move to one hour before RAW to get that lead in if they want their ratings to improve.

Imo Ratings don't prove how good a show was, Impact was fantastic this week, I really enjoyed it.

It makes me LAUGH how the ratings on the GO HOME show to wrestlemania the show ratings went DOWN. Some WWE marks can sit there and laugh at TNA's ratings but their precious RAW ratings went DOWN.

very true ruth! i enjoy tna, it might be chaotic and all over the place but it isnt that predictable bull**** that wwe do.

It's nothing new and it means nothing, really. It's been happening for years now. If you want to look at merchandise, live attendance, and overall money making, the WWE are doing the best they have done since 2002 right now.

It's a changed landscape with television ratings. Everybody simply doesn't watch telly anymore. The rating is no indication as to how the WrestleMania buyrate will be. In all likelyhood it will be the highest drawing 'Mania since X8.

i seriouslt doubt that mania will get a huge buy rate.....will do better than last years though......(am i right in thinking there is no celebs involved this year? im so out of the wwe loop)

How do you figure that? Everything on paper poins to a great buyrate. And no, no celebrities involved - which is a good thing IMO. More rasslin', less 15 minuet Kid Rock performances.

As for more on the Raw rating, RAW's first hour was 3.04 and was up against the second hour of the season premiere of Dancing With The Stars which had 25 million viewers and a 15.6 rating!

The second hour of RAW was back to 3.44 which is about average for RAW.

I agree RAW sucks, boring and stale, HBK/Taker is all i care about on RAW atm, and i hate what they are doing with Gail Kim. TNA's real fun at the moment, I've watched the 22nd march impact twice already now.

Smackdowns decent enough though. I like the Jericho/Edge build up. I'm actually leaning towards Jericho retaining now. Straight Edge Society is a great Stable. John Morrison i'm in too.

MITB sounded fun up untill they clusted it by making it 10 people. Evan deffo won't win now

then again, not like he was going to in the first place.

Smackdown is just a tiny bit more interesting than Raw

, where as both used to be at the top of their game.. shame it's all gone stale

I find SmackDown to be slightly less predictable and much better for matches. Raw seems a bit overbloated at times.

Goldberg's negotiation is probably one of two things :

1. Just a legends contract to use his likeness in video games, figures, etc.
2. He is doing what Kevin Nash did, and just opening the door to WWE so TNA offer him even more money.

The Acorn Online (http://www.acorn-online.com/) interviewed Vince McMahon to discuss WresteMania. The piece also included McMahon discussing TNA, here is what he had to say…

"We're in different businesses. We're in the entertainment business and they're in the 'pro wrasslin' business. It's different markets. When they moved to Monday nights they threw the kitchen sink at us and only did a fraction of our audience. It doesn't speak well for the type of product they're trying to present with the tawdry, blood-soaked action. I don't think that's what the culture wants these days."

at least he acknowledged them! ahahaha
