I think it should be "Its a party and its here to stay" instead of "USA".

Apparently in the final version she says Kanye's name instead of Jay-Z when she sings "And Jay-Z's song was on".

No news on a Britney change though.

This is being performed at the TCA's on Monday.

And it is from her new EP "The Time Of Our Lives" which times in with her new clothing range with Walmart.

TTOOL is released August 31st.
