If it's true that they've paid for Isaac's flight etc, and possibly even a fee then they're not going to throw that down the drain by getting rid of Noirin and the storyline.

Not that there's any storyline anyway. It'll be more interesting if she goes to see how he'll react, and if he'll make friends with Marcus, Siavash and that gang.

Not so much wouldnt fix it, rather they cant fix it, because you are charged above normal call rates its monitored independently so if they declared a result different to that the monitors agree with, Ofcom would be involved and Endemol would get seriously humped.

10. All votes are monitored by Electoral Reform Services.

They are however allowed to monitor the voting and could edit highlights in order to manipulate undecided voters etc.

The only other way is to agree with the monitors to discount large blocks of votes as being fraudulent in nature.

5. Channel 4 reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast (i.e. more votes than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automated votes).
