Orlaith won't join Max's 'team'. She will be friendly with them, but I think at the moment she really likes Makosi and is far more likely to stick with them. If she plays the game well, she could avoid being nominated for quite a while.

Saskia's team won't win. They are losing one of them this Friday for sure, and then I reckon Anthony will drift away, because of Orlaith, who will be friendly with them probably, but she is also very friendly with Makosi and co. Whether it's Max or Saskia who goes this week (probably Saskia), it will be the start of the end for that team.
