On a body building forum of course they're going to have a subjective view and only see the benefits and not risks we've outlined. Its like someone coming on this forum and saying how BB is past it and only saddos now watch etc

I think more of us on here are clued up than a bunch of ******* whos only objective in life is to add muscle to their body and would sell their own gran to look like a freak

Most people on bodybuilding forums are just wannabee bodybuilders and armchair gurus though. They are not mega buff, ripped guys typing away. Lots of kids, ignorant fools and deluded guys post on there. At least on a Big Brother forum the opinions are more impartial, less warped and deluded.

Yeh on the one im on, you do get people like that, but you get a lot of people doing journals/ blogs with updates of pictures and occasionally videos of what they have done.

Some compete in various comps to..



And tom is definately an impressive build.

Depends on how much and how long he (might have been) been using them, and as with all drugs, the effects depend on the individual using them.

A lot depends on the clothes you wear. In the house he often was either shirtless or had a coat on. I mean even look on streaming at the tshirt Charlie has on (£15, River Island, I have it ) he looks fairly big with that on but in actual fact he's just average

your arms also look much bigger from the front and thats the only angle we seen him from tonight, whereas on BB we seen pretty much every angle

So, because somebody is muscly they're on steroids? How do you know, he could have worked for years and year to get that big, it's what people do if they want to look like that, some do go down the road of steroids and I'm not saying Tom has or hasn't but just because people are body-builders and big it doesn't mean every single one of them is on steroids.

What are you talking about? like 1% of that forum are using roids. I am not talking about the roid issue in particular but more the comments on how he is that big.

go on it and see then, there is a section for "post your pics" and you are only allowed an avatar of yourself. Pretty much all guys on there have a great physique whether they train for size, for a sport, for strength, whatever.

I was assuming you were on about the roids discussion, not whether Tom is on them. Its clear he isn't else he'd have unnatural veins and bumps popping out everywhere

Exacty i have been bodybuilding for a few years, and take it from me, hes the bigger than some of the really fanatics in the gym who are lifting massive, definitely roided up.

I would have to say he is on steriods, i do a lot of weight training but im no were near the size of that guy.

Its very hard to get low bodyfat while having a lot of muscle, because ur body would start to burn of the muscle for energy.

I have seen a lot of guys who take steriods that are a lot smaller then tom, so im 95% sure toms on the juice.
