As regards to his mum I feel sorry for him, but if he won because of that sole reason, then that would be the wrong reason to vote him as a winner.

You want to vote for someone that has done something to deserve to win!

I have never heard Charlie talk about his mum being in a coma.

Sometimes people on this forum make me sick.

If that's the case then bring Cairon back, his personal situation was tough.

The sympathy vote might actually work against him. He will be percieved as an emotional blackmailer aswell as a snitch and a spineless mincing fairy. How sick is his mother that he can leave her for months on end?

Re-read what I said. What I said was that the only time people have heard HIM talk about it was those watching LF last night! Hardly endorses any suggestion that he is 'milking it'.

His mother is NOT in a coma, she encouraged him to go into BB and is very proud of him as is he of her. His gentleness and being nice to everyone is him trying to justify her pride.

This is an entertainment show, not a sob-story emotional show!

And Charlie is highly entertaining in my opinion. No need for any sympathy vote, he is just a downright GOOD human being who loves his mum. Of course he talks about her, just as Freddie constantly does about his Aerican father, as Marcus does about his having given his mother a home, as Noirin did abot her difficult relationship with her parents.

Just because Isaac mentioned it on his eviction interview, everyone is jumping on a non-existent bandwagon! If there IS a bandwagon, the chattering classes in here have created it, NOT Charlie.

Everyone with a disabled parent should be housebound, then?

I hope he doesn't. His fakeness really annoys me. Everytime he does something that he realises may affect his chances he goes grovelling and apologises because he's desperate to not be nominated. He's as bad as Rodrigo....

He's only mentioned it a few times, and never synonymous with his position on the show! Of course he'd mention it, it's consumed his life for 2 years. He's hardly going to keep it secret "just in case" some no good viewers assume sympathy on his part. He's not going for ANY vote, he's telling his fellow HMs about his mum.
