OPL73, you could say that about any of the housemates. In fact, out of all of them, I'd say Maxwell is the one with the least 'issues'. He's down to earth, he's honest, he's himself in the house, he doesn't bottle things up and he's not a complete bitch.

It's an opinon. Just like yours is. Everyone in the house is insecure. Most people are about one thing or another.

It's a well known fact that most comics are insecure. It is not something I have made up. Most well known comedians out there become comedians because of past or present insecurities. Make a joke at yourself and people will laugh with you instead of at you.

Oh and I have already said I find some of Maxwell's jokes funny. Ther'es no perfect person. Like something about someone., you can guarantee that you will find something about that person you don't like. Even your partner, boyfriend or girlfriend or, husband or wife.

It's ridiculous. Anyone who hates Maxwell is basically saying "I hate about 20% of all British people", because you'll find a Maxwell in every pub in every town or village in the country. People sadly seem to prefer American gangsta rap culture to British culture these days, which is why we have jumped up little 'hoodies' bouncing down our streets. Kids are so thick, they are so easily influenced. Instead of just being themselves, they want to speak and act like 50 cent. I'd sooner meet a Maxwell down an alley any day than the cretinous little thugs that knife old grannies and beat people to death on a daily basis.

FFS did I at any time did I say anything at all nasty about Maxwell? Didn't I say that he makes me laugh?

I tried to put it in a constructive way. Tried to explain why some people make jokes about other people or at themselves. Tried to explain that Makosi may have worded herself wrong and probably meant he was insecure, because there is no way he is a bully. Yet, what do you all do instead of trying to understand or take note of an opinion? You all jump on the band wagon. All Maxwell fans I take it?

It's laughable, to get so involved about someone you have never met. People defending him like there's no tomorrow. Okay fair enough you're a fan. But at the end of the day, it's a TV show. You don't know him. In real life the guy probably wouldn't give you the time of day.

Just listended to it. Thought it was hilarious. A slight exaggeration no doubt but still amusing.

Kamal does save his best for the Diary Room. The rest of the time he's a bit of an annoyance.

Because she doesn't do anything in the house that makes people think she is a threat. In fact the whole house has got so use to not doing anything they don't even talk about it any more. The thing is the housemates miss all that we get to see like what people say in diary room and behind people's back. Look at past housemates like.. elizabeth bb2 she was not the publics fave but made the the final 4. I can see Vanessa getting in to the final 4, not saying I want her there but I think can see her slipping by not noticed.

Craig has a nervous breakdown because Anthony is in he pool with all the girls, Derek and Kamal scratch each others eyes out and poor Eugene tries to find a way of entertaining himself by dismantling the house a bit at a time, just to see what sound it would make.

I know its hard to understand, but all i can say is she's not seen as a threat even though she is sooooo boring. I doubt Maxwell has low self esteem to be honest - he seems far too arrogant. But it is true that a lot of people who seem over confident, actually are covering up for low self esteem.

As for the night when Maxwell and Kemal had an argument, I honestly did think that Maxwell was going to hit kemal and it was only because Saskia stopped him that he didn't. Maxwell bullies people by humiliating them and trying to put them down - in my opinion.

I would love Anthony to know just how close he got to being nominated. After all he spends most of his time saying he cant see himself being nominated. It would have been worth it for the look on his face at the announcement. I way praying Vanessa would do the right thing and nominate him. Shame she didnt.

I don't like Maxwell- but I would never say I hated him or any other housemate. But surely anyone that says that they hate anyone in the house is saying that they hate about 20% of the population by your reckoning?

Obviously I'd rather meet a Maxwell than someone who was likely to knife anybody or beat them to death, but I fail to see the relevance of that point - I doubt that anybody in the house would want to knife anyone or beat them up.

Are you saying that we should all think Maxwell is wonderful? I think it's much better that we all have our different opinions. Wouldn't it be pointless to have a house full of people who everybody had the same opinions on?
