I'm a girl and I'd love Sophie to win. She's nice and funny and down to earth. I think she really doesn't think she can win as well; she thought she'd be out as soon as she was up!

I have to agree with Daffodil on this one! There are things I quite like about Sophie - but agree that generally I don't like what she represents!

A young attractive woman like her should be making the most of the opportunities the modern world has to offer young women! Instead - what does she do - and so many others do - go to extreme lengths to try to adhere to a certain image in order to seek male attention!

I have no problem with women perhaps wanting fame and fortune - as long as they earn it with skill and talent! And in my book - along with many others - having a boob job to expose your body - for male attention and money does not do that!

She is insecure - that is obvious - but to sell your integrity for money and 'smutty ( and very fleeting) admiration' is not worthy of real admiration!!

I hope she 'wakes up' one day - and does something more worthwhile with her life!

I don't mind Sophie, I think she's basically quite a nice girl. Not the sharpest pencil in the box, obviously, but quite down to earth. However, I thought she let herself down a bit with the whole Marcus/cigarettes thing. She should have spoken to Marcus firectly about it instead of gathering the whole house round her to see if they thought she should confront him, which was a bit childish I thought.

Like what? She's not the sharpest tool in the box so it's not like she was going to become a lawyer or a doctor. Her looks are her best asset. I don't think she's doing it just for male attention, glamour modelling can be quite lucrative if you're good at it.

So Sophie has fake boobs and is a glamour model. That's her choice. The Women's Movement was never just about getting women into the boardroom, it's about giving women the freedom to live their lives unhindered and free from oppression. I'm sad to see that there are women who condemn Sophie because of the choices she's made. Not because she's a bad person... but because of the way she chooses to look and the career she chooses to follow. That's her choice. Hers... not yours.

Some sense in what you say - but I don't think she is that stupid - there must be quite a few things out there she could succeed at - if she put her mind to it!!

I don't think she is good looking enough for modelling - not even glamour modelling - I don't think she will achieve much there! Far too much competition! And failure won't do her insecurity a lot of good either!

Anyway - good luck to her - don't want her to win - but would prefer her over several of the others!

Her looks have been moulded into a barbie doll with rugby balls attached. Sophie has a pretty face, but the hair is false (extensions) and the little that is her own is dyed. Her breasts have been scooped out and stuffed with silicone balloons, for the delectation of randy gits who can't appreciate a natural feminine shape (same sort of men who don't know where a c*it is).

Because women have struggled for centuries to get equal rights, opportunities and to break out of the 'ornamental' role etc - and unfortunately women like Sophie damage that to some degree. It is a backward step - which affects all women!!
