That guy should have been gone 6 weeks ago. He is a gossip, a backbiter, a sulks, complains, does next to nothing when he isn't being crude or announcing to everyone how he has no tolerance for gossips, backbiters, sulkers and complainers - everything HE DOES.
It is like watching a troubled 17 year old spiteful boy in the house.
