click browse >> select the pic you want as your avatar >> click 'upload now' >> copy and paste the link in the bottom box into the box in your user profile named 'Avatar URL' >> DONE!!!

You may need to resize the picture though. bare in mind that the avatar size limit is 150 x 160 pixels[/rquote]
