It is not about her brand it is about her campaign. and yes, she is media savvy enough to know EVERY channel is worth pursuing to reach a different 'audience'.

For those of you who don't know who "this Vivienne Westwood" is...she and Malcolm McLaren literally invented the punk movement. Pretty massive in terms of fashion and music.

Her campaign is fully covered in the media and is but one strand of a global movement to call for responsible living.
There are vested interests in the energy sector using propaganda to resist this wise initiative. Her letter to David is an opportunity to do something nice for a nice guy and simultaneously draw attention to the campaign. I hope there will be some associated coverage on BBLB and HL show to get appropriate wider penetration.
