Oh No I love them. I just loved how they didn't take themselves seriously at all. They were great.

I missed out on a lot of that side of indie from back then. It looked far too weird for me. The closest I got was Stone Roses, Nirvana and the like. I only got into Sonic Youth etc recently.

They freaked me out man. All the weird kids liked them and it looked like a fashion than anything serious.

I found it hard to take them seriously.

Sonic Youth are very good. I like Janes' addiction too.
