Both, I love trashy US shows, Desperate Housewives etc. but I love some British shows too, Skins etc.
British kids shows though are hilarious, American ones always seem to have the same predictable storylines.

I adore American Commercials. Like there's one about Cadbury Chocolate and these kids are moving their eyebrows and then one of them pulls a balloon out of nowhere.

The commercial actually has nothing to do with the chocolate though.

UKTV-A lot of reality shows/quiz shows/panel shows,BB,chat shows,Top Gear,C4 progammes with people like Gok Wan,cookery progammes,like the ones with Jamie Oliver and Gordan Ramsey,Hollyoaks,comedy shows

USTV-Grey's Anatomy,Private Practice,Desperate Housewives,Friends,The OC,Lost etc

So basically I watch UKTV for real life stuff and USTV for all the dramas. Need both!
