Who was she against with purple rain? I have a bad memory...but noone could have outsang her with that song...and I dont remember simon putting it to deadlock either :/

Girl Band. Simon liked Ruth in live show 1 when she did typical bimbo diva song (forgot what) where she did a bit in Spanish, he loved it. Then the next week she didn't, Simon said she would be in the bottom 2 because of it, she was, then he said it was because of that, and because she didn't listen to him he sent her home which put voting to deadlock.

I thought it was meant to go on how well they sing on their last performance...

Awww! It was SO amazing that I broke my phoene during it by literally jumping out of my chair at the end with excitement! Lol, I'm so sad!

When I went to see The Killers last Feb, They sang A Dustland Fairytale (Dublin was the first city in the UK/Ireland they sang it Live <3) I told my friends to be quiet when they were singing... it was so beautiful.

Always by Ruth for me was a bit meh..

She sang well, but did hit a few bad notes, and did shout a bit.
