I like Titanic. Always have, always will.

If anyone says Gone with the Wind, I'll have to slit your throat.

As much as I love this film, Grease. Just look at the storyline. Boy meets girl. Boy rejects girl because she's too "pure". Girl turns into a dirty slut. Boy gets back with girl. Bearing in mind, this is all still in high school! How would people react if this was in modern day Britain? :P

I think The Godfather as a trilogy is very overrated, the first 2 are great but the 3rd just kills it.

The Shining and The Dark Knight.

Now I'm a huuuuuuuuuuuge Batman and DC fan, but this movie was shite. Didn't get what all the fuss was about. And then everyone started dressing up as the joker for halloween. Jesus ****ing christ.

lol I like the dark night but the one thing that makes me not want to watch it, is batmans voice in it. It is so annoying! It makes you want to clear your voice, so he does it too.
If that even makes sense...

Batmans voice in it was awful, plus dragged on for far too long. I think it was because Heath Ledger died and all that.

Bridget Jones' Diary.
Slumdog Millionaire was hugely overrated. I never got why it was better than any other romantic movie. And playing Who Wants To Be A Millionaire in a film is very random.

Wizard of Oz for me, First time I watched it was this year or last year for Media (can't remember which) and I just didn't get it. It's probably because I didn't watch it as a kid but I just didn't get why it's so highly praised outside of it's technical achievements.

I'm not a huge fan of LOTR either, faithful adaption? yes but it's annoying that you have to put aside so much time to watch them. I'd like them more if they didn't drag so much.

The Dark Knight was fantastic but it is overrated in the vein that people are calling it one of the finest movies ever.

Rocky, overrated? Ah come on now. Sure there were a few stinkers [III, V and Balboa, although the latter was just flat] but those films have a place in my heart free from criticlal evaluation .

Lord Of The Rings is not overrated either in my opinion. It was about as perfect an adaption as you could get. Some people just don't have the attention span for it. That probably includes me.

I haven't seen it because I thought Batman Begins was okay but overrated. Actually, come to think of it, the Tim Burton Batmans got quite a lot of praise and were successful but I found them a bit dull.

With all the great effects and stuff in LOTR, plus the acting and stuff, I don't think they're overrated. And i'd rather them be long, would not be able to keep as close to the books if they were any shorter really.

Considering Slumdog's past I don't think it's overrated. It was initially set to be a straight-to-DVD film with no release at all, then it got picked up for the Toronto Film Festival where it won People's Choice and then it escalated from there.

Plus I'd never think any Film4 Production is overrated.

The Wrestler bored the absolute **** out of me, and I'm a huge wrestling fan. The pacing was terrible and it just felt so dull and lifeless for the most part.
