A chav is from the inside - the way someone thinks and acts! The rest is irrelevant nonsense. In my book, Vinnie is a chav.

Im intrigued, there is a website called chavscum.co.uk with various chavs on it mostly from the celebrity world..would these fit it with the demographic?

daniella westbrook
david beckham

without the money becks would have been a chav no doubt..

wayne rooney and wife, jordan and jade goody have been mentioned on the wikipedia entry for chav
