Most gullable teens will like what is 'hot' in the charts so they will buy into the commercial crap some sigers turn out.

Some acts are very unfortunate and are left out (and most of the time more talented then what is in the charts)

I'm sorry, but whether you hate his music or not, which I'll admit, is pretty ****, Justin is talented.

Maybe moreso a few years back but he's still talented nevertheless.

People criticise his music all the time and seem to automatically assume that he's not talented. He is, but just is sent down the wrong route musically for marketing purposes. All these songs about love etc are what appeals to this particular mass market, ie. teenage girls. Anyone else in his position would be doing exactly the same.
