She is also seen walking into a nearby hospital room where a baby girl is being born, implying reincarnation. Near the end of the video, Spears is seen running away from the camera and towards the light -- symbolizing a fear of staying on Earth and an embrace of death. Following these scenes, Spears is shown rising from under the water in the bathtub and resting her head and smiling, implying that the entire scenario was just a morbid fantasy of hers. This was added to perhaps lessen the severity and controversy of the explicit content of the video.
