i adore the bit where she's near screaming, 'I WANT YOUR LOVE. AND I WANT YOUR REVENGE. I WANT YOUR LOVE. I DON'T WAAAAANNNNNAAAA BBEEE FRIENDSS..... I DON'T WANNA BE FRIENDS'

because on the Gaga episode of Gossip Girl when she was performing it, Serena was making a move for Trip [who was married but they were clearly in love for ages and trying not to cheat] GaGa was screaming 'I DONT WANNA BE FRIENDS' and omg it was so perfect xD

My favorite bit originally was in the demo:
Youtube video

Around 1:02 - 1:04 the 'ohhh ohhha' from the guy. Gutted it didn't make the final cut.

But my favorite bit from the proper version is the 'Je veux ton amour, et je veux ta revanche.' bit.

God, I love the demo so much. Yeah and I agree they shouldn't have cut out that part.
