If I saw this picture today, definitely I would have thought this was for April Fool.

It looks like one we would see it at breaker's yard.
But I like the idea about a restaurant at the top.
As ILoveDC said, I hope we would like it eventually.

But I still do not like it,,,,.

Might be worth a visit during the games to get a free view of the events inside the stadium.
