Sure it's no EXACTLY the same, in the same way the BB7 eye on TV isn't EXACTLY the same as the one on print, but it's hardly a "second eye" is it? It's just a different version of the same one

The flowers are in different places, the outline is less tidy, the colouring is completely different, they are different eyes. Same design, different eyes.
