They were both talking out of their ass in the political debate, but I'm not expecting much more politically from BB contestants. At least Nathan did something, which moves him .000000000001% above Steve. Congrats NATHAN!

I mean, Ben was actually arguing for MPs right to dip the expenses like they have been doing. He is exactly the same political animal that has been stealing from us and lieing about it for decades.... disgusting.

(Just for the record, that was to the tune of £10,000,000 in the last 6 months alone of 2009. Think about that as they cut your local services.)

I am not exactly a fan of Ben, but I think he is ok - so that is quite frankly bollocks! I defend him when people are being unreasonable and unfair! And there has been a lot of that going on! Who says he won the debate - you, and a few others - doesn't make it so! Shouting doesn't win you anything! Maybe Ben simply, and rather sensibly, avoided yet another confrontation!

All Ben fans hate Nathan, look at DS. It's because he's the only one who had the balls to tell him what he thinks. I don't think Nathan is as hated by the public as they would like to think either

i quite like Ben, i wouldn't go any further than that.. frankly, Nathan at the moment is quite scary... I guess if it looks, acts and shouts like a caveman.. it probably is a caveman??? I hope we see a bit more compassion from him but im not holding my breath

I never could understand why Nathan for no good reason at all nominated Ben in the very first week,since then Nathan has skulked around in the Litchem moaning at Sunshine and Shabby but I always felt he had a dark side,
For me the housemates were both pleased that Ben that won the task on friday night but also they were taken aback at how well the crowd were for him and seemed to like him so much.
Since then there has been a BB discredit Ben campaign, okay the lad talks posh, he is clearly educated and he is also overall a good guy with his principles and own opinions, he believes he is right,he has the right to express those opinions and others have the right to disagree, that doesnt mean Ben is wrong, bad or anything negative.
I have lttle doubt he will be up for eviction this week because BB wnat him to be, the housemates have been made to turn against him and I was stunned at Steve who fought in the forces for free speech and the right to it to be so mad with someone who held a different view to his.Unbelievable
Back to Nathan, I always felt there was a dark side to Nathan and he thinks by doing his cooking,keeping out the way and making few controversial comments at all thta he would just rise in the publics esteem, having seen Ben get a great reception from the crowd on friday,Ben is now Nathans target to discredit too.
Dont be fooled people, Ben is a great guy and as for Mario well the bunny boiler has got what was coming,again Ben has always said he would be a friend to him,NOTHING MORE EVER, he has been open and clear,MARIO is now mad to see he will get nowhere the way he wants to with Ben so even he will turn on him too.
Its all bullying, from BB too against Ben and he needs the public this week I fear who hopefully can look at it again and see he is being discredited unfairly by BB and really get behind Ben and support him this week, he deserves that after his presentation to the public on friday, something John James would have fallen flat on hos face doing.
Dont turn against Ben for being true to himself and not presenting himself as something he is not, like most others in there,look at the nes who are totally false to their true natures and then are trying to say its others who are the false ones.Get behind Ben, he is the good guy there surrounded by vicious snakes.

Ben fans think he can't do no wrong. I like the guy but I accept and know when he's done something stupid and criticise him for it. Nathan stood up for the common man, and won.

By his own admission he's not intelligent but he is very knowledgable. Nathan just really embarrassed himself picking up on one point Ben made, in Nathan's typical 'everything is black and white way', trying to be this man of the people and really ended up looking pretty pathetic, having to stand up and tower over Ben trying to regain some of his ego while Ben sat.
