Honestly Sunshine is a better version of Lady Gaga as a person. Only thing Gaga has on Sunshine is she can sing and dance better. Other than that Sunshine is better than Lady Gaga in every way possible.

Being a surgeon isn't a talent it's a skill which you have to work hard to perfect, you aren't born with a knack for surgery. Whereas being a singer/songwriter is a talent which you nurture to improve.

I have to believe there are some people who just happen to be born with keen sense of hearing and happen to have some hearty vocal chords. There is the 'talent' part in it.
Anything after that is practice and more practice, learning and training until becoming good at singing, songwriting, performing.

Likewise, I would believe some people were just born with especially dexterous hands, steady nerves and keen eyesight. There is the 'talent' part of it.

A fascinating best-selling book 'Outliers' by Malcolm Gladwell makes a nearly lock-tight case that anything beyond 'inherent physical attributes' is always down to effort and opportunity and no 'special gift' somehow residing in the individual... or you can say that the 'special gift' IS actually the combination of 'vocal chord genetic + opportunity + time practicing'.

Yes, he does focus on 'genius musicians' to show this is the case for them too.
The Beatles were not just 'gifted at music' (although they may have been born with ideal fingers and vocal chords) but actually there amazing success came from 'chance + practice'.
