Straight off I cannot se in nay way whatsoever that the new JJ(John Joe) would have the emotest physical interest in Josie at all.Since he has also seen the natics a bit from outside too then if he went anywhere hear her he would be crazy. Maybe her obsession though for the old JJ may now manifest itself towards the new JJ too.
He could actually help John James get off the hook here with Josie.

Yeah but I don't think he starts them. Ben gives as good as he gets. SS was into the flirtyness. Josie has thumb sucking "poor me" victim issues and loves to spread the "oh he's so argumentative" thing for her own benefit. Corin kicked off the JJ/Corin thing in the first instance and then took it to a new level in the bedroom. Keeley started her arguments with JJ. This "oh he is so argumentative" stuff just gets parroted by hms and then by members on tibb.
