I know there are alot of bitter Ben fans, but look at things objectively.

Ben has said some quite bad things about HMs in the house and those that used to be. He is absurdly vain and and self-obsessed, talking about himself all the time and not listening so much. He isn't that much fun either. Ben has been unfairly favoured by twists and has been given alot of airtime.

Dave is a big character and he has just been alot more fun than Ben and gets on with people in the house more.

jedward fever,BEN has been right on most things, for him being evicted at this stage his response from and with the BBLB audience was more like he was the winner, they can be a very critical but they loved him and he took over the show, He showed his great personality and also exactly what the house will now be misisng, we will be bored to tears witht his depressing fake romance and also Daves stuoid full of the Lord nonsense, I want to see MARIO now as he will think it was his nomination that maybe put BEN up in the first place, now he cannot gaze longingly at BEN any more and he's lost a really good friend in the house, and what on earth has been put in for him to look at, serves him right and he may even walk. As I said last night rarely does the BEST housemate win anyway and this is another instance, the real sad thing is that BEN hasn't just had to battle against some rather awful housemates, he has had to put up with BB trying to ridicule him too. DAVE has sadi plenty bad things as to Josie too, JJames even worse, you see I dont get the pig and opiglet thing as an insult, he could have used another animal but his pint was she was like a doting mother and he needed to be close and suckled by her near all the time, unnatural. as to the amouint of time that took. I'm on thw wind as Benniettes are being so digraceful in utter defeat (52% in a 4 way eviction is MASSIVE). You are correct - as I understand it that was his only paid employment in 2010 - the food parties with socialites are that Ben gets invited by the publisher so that they can publish Ben's article and they get known - it's a common occurence for unwaged wannabe journalists who cover gigs in London without having to pay for a ticket.

The poor bloke is essentially on the dole and living off family/friends (does the sponger have any as the only person BB could find was someone he'd once been at public school with)
