Say what you like, but lets not pretend Ben got evicted because Dave's fans voted in droves.

Ben didn't go because he was disliked. He went because his fans couldn't make up their minds whether to vote for Dave or JJ, therefore splitting the votes. Meanwhile the majority of JJ fans and Dave fans were voting out Ben. If nobody had posted on the sites etc. who to and who not to vote for, JJ and Dave fans might not have voted so heavily and Ben would probably still be here.

Ben was obviously more liked then Dave but in a vote to evict the bigger character is likely to go.. Ben had his fair share of haters as well

Ben was evicted because there are unfortunately more John James fans than Ben fans, and they voted him out because they knew he was competition. Dave staying in won't cause any problems for John and the ogre.
