I think the housemates understand that George and Preston had no choice what so ever they had to nominate three housemates, still though i guess you could say they dont talk about nominations and this wouldn't have happend.

It's odd that Rula's reward for winning the box task was nominating while Preston and George's punishment is also nominating, albeit in front of the others.

But even now they can get their differences out in the open.
