As for Josie, the Australian immigration policy being even stricter, will probably mean she will not be able to live with him there, even if they wanted to.

If I am not mistaken, he has dual Nationality and holds both a British and an Australian passport so he can stay. His parents were both British.

He mentioned it to Josie earlier in the week.
