well... the fact is I really should be getting my arse into gear and start getting a bit more fit... my fault but jogging isn't really fun for me anyway. I suppose I have a life... JUST!

the thing i dont understand about jogging is why do peaople get up extra early to go jogging when they can do it once threr up? lol.

i go for my run everyday of a weekday once im home from school and of a weekend once im all up properly and awake hehe.

treadmills make you seriously dizzy though...

maybe that was because I was drunk though when I used one at my auntie's house.. I was walking on it for an hour and nearly flew off it when the cat walked into the room and distracted me.

Feel free anytime to call at my house and use my treadmill I am far to lazy to go to a gym so my lovely hubby bought me a treadmill. When I am stressed I find it very theraputic to go for a run!

ill end up watching all my BB DvDs again lol!

I have watched BB5 start to finish a total of 10 Times now!
And BB2 a total of 4 times and BB3 6 times and BB4 5 times and BB6 3!

Good thing i recoreded CBB4 onto DVD!

Ive also got all of X factor on DVD - Can watch that aswell!

Thant shud keep me occupied till BB7!
