I don't think the News of the World story is an exclusive interview with them - it looks like she sold her story to The Daily Star. I posted it here. The NOTW story is probably based on press conference quotes.

The photoshoot that appears in the NOTW probably dates from before Celeb BB - on the NOTW story there is a picture of Chantelle being hidden from other photographers. That's to protect the Daily Star's exclusive.

The NOTW are good at making it look like Chantelle talked to them, when she in fact didn't. That's how these tabloids operate.
