Could it be because the highlights show is repeated the following day on C4/E4 before 9 PM and it saves having to re-edit the program before airing before watershed?

On a side note, it's pathetic how they cut out sentences as a whole for the pre-watershed version. I don't see what's wrong with just censoring the individual word.

Problem is if there is two versions, Sod's Law states the wrong one will always be used

Exactly what I was going to say, the hightlights are repeated early in the morning and don't want to offend any young eyes that could be watching in the morning. Also it will eventually be aired elsewhere, so saves time and trouble having to re-edit it.

I think they deliberately censored Mario's bits as he was only doing it for attention/air time, just like the other 50 times he has done it...

I'm quite glad they did too as I don't want to see his disgusting shrivelled up dinkle & one extremly small ball, (as the other isn't actually that big, the other is just small), nore his unruley bush...

Reality aint got sh it all to do with it. Which is probably why it was censored. Not vital to the truth or storyline so seeing his willy flapping around for 4 minutes really had no justification.

Its not as though its worth looking at either.
