Nope, I can't see that at all.

He goes from one lie to another, it's like he's suffering from Compulsive Lying Disorder. I think it gets to a point where he won't know what's real and what's not.

I really don't see him willfully taking any-one's life. (Their identity maybe lol)

Aye, he's not an all out psychopath like Tony, Lucas and Richard, he's just a man who can't help but get in trouble, the death could be Charlotte and John might accidentally kill her (like push her, she hits her head, and bam, John realises what he's just done)
