Where do you think they find the likes of Ben and Siavash? Some of the producers go to these "parties" these numpties throw in seedy basements around London and ask them to come on the show.

Papers, Magazines even TV use editors and sub-editors. People like Nikki and Aisleyne and others send in a pile of rubbish and then it is checked for grammar by editors, sub-editors and copy-editors.
