Scooby well said - lets all try and remember that banter can sometimes offend other people. We are all here to have a laugh and enjoy ourselves but not at the expense of others who are not willing participants in the banter

I don't like the way everyone's getting so aggressive towards one another.
There are FMs on here who annoy me like feck, and I usually manage to keep a lid on it, but with everyone fighting, I'm worried I'll let loose as well and get myself in trouble.

Whatever happened to the happy banter?

ETA: I understand there will be personality clashes from time to time, but this time they seem to be taking over the General Chat forum.

I think it's out of pure frustration built up over a period of time and in the end people sort of explode.

I'm sure the majority of members here don't want a whole load of arguements but of course not everyone's going to get along, I remember a few months back quite a few members were getting annoyed with certain things and people put forward what was getting on their nerves in a mature and not an agressive way and thing's improved a bit so perhaps anyone that has anything they would like to get off their chest in a sensible way can do soin this thread and people can take on board some of what is said and there will not be so much aggression and hopefully a happier forum.

As far as I can see, members are only expressing their opinions on how they feel that the Forum isn't the happy place it should be, for whatever reason.

I totally agree with that one and would like to add a few:
Starting a new topic when the member could add to another post.
During a topic about a person someone will reply with thing's like 'oh they are fit', 'what a gentleman' and 'good taste' in the middle of a debate and post similar things a few times.
Replying using just a smiley or a whole conversation of just smiley replies, being overly silly, it's a forum not a kids playgroup.
Starting a new topic when the matter could be dealt with via u2u.
When someone asks a question and someone replies I don't know or no I have not.
Starting a new topic with little point to it and when there is nobody replying the OP will just post several reply's to themself asking the question again etc.
