Adam done great considering he only had 2weeks. I feel tis uinfaire for him but i think he may do well.

I thought Javine would ahve won the rapid thing but well Michelle on winning that ... and also to Jade!

Just a quick comment before I pop off to bed:

Great start - sorry about Goldie's mishap - it looked awful!

Well done to Michelle, Jade and especially Adam! Yet comiserations to Amanda and JK.

I'm glad Javine didn't win - I'm not going to mince my words when I say she's sour-faced and arrogant Imo!

I have lots of respect for both Bernie and Peter, who are great sports and have my support.

All, in all, apart from a few exceptions , they seem a nice group: roll on the next events!

Sorry I haven't been on much tonight, but I'll be popping in and out to catch up with you all tomorrow!

I saw the heats earlier, and the weightlifting has MC Plat'Nums name all over it, Followed up by the rear by JK (oo the dreams, ay) and i think Javine or Michelle for hurdles

It's funny that Peter's leading the lads and he hasn't yet won an event! It seems consistency is the key - which can often be difficult!

For the girls, and cycling I think it could be either Javine or Julia, who could surprise people.

Kendo I'm unsure, as it's completely different, and I'm not sure what it involves! However, as it seems more tactics than physical activity, I'm inclined to predict Peter or perhaps JK.

Couldn't help but smile when Bernie crossed the finish line with her arms in the air!! - If only I could be such a graceful loser! Well done again, to Adam, who despite only 2 weeks of training scored a personal best in the weightlifting!

I'll join that club too!

I think having experienced a complete lack of sporting ability (e.g. last to be picked in teams), I'm immediately drawn to the underdog in these competitions! She seems really genuine, out for a laugh and such a good sport!
