I didn't like the part where Vera came back, it was like unreal and freaky. It was a nice ending though in a way

In all honesty I think Corrie has been getting stronger lately and EastEnders has been getting worse, it's probably just going through a bad patch but I hate how much things have changed in such a short amount of time. Fans of both though

I think it might be the producers tbh Deidrick (sp?) was the best thing to happen to Eastenders in a long time, but now he's gone :/ Whereas Corrie had whatsherface, but now we have Phil Collins

Aye, Corrie has gotten stronger using characters they already had, previously unused (and seemingly out of date) characters like Rosie, Chesney and Kirk have now had some sort of return to being good enjoyable characters again

EastEnders however, loses a big character, then instead of bringing in a new character and having them build a legacy, they bring in Kat and Alfie -Two of the most panto characters EE has ever known

I dunno I still can only watch Corrie when something big happens, it's just rubbish at keeping me interested otherwise. I think Eastenders balances it's stories better so that you don't get weeks of mundane storylines like Corrie has inbetween big storylines.

They've actually improved that since Phil took over, stories change around every two weeks or so, instead of one running for weeks on end
